Paul-André Rabate is the Founder & Managing Partner of Corporate Value Associates. Paul-André began his consulting career with the Boston Consulting Group. In 1979 he co-founded strategic consultancy Mars & Company.

He spent two years with Strategic Planning Associates (now Oliver Wyman) in London as Vice President and Partner, Head of European Insurance Practice. In 1987 he founded Corporate Value Associates. As a partner of CVA, SPA and Mars & Co., Paul-André has advised Chief Executives and their boards in a wide variety of businesses.

Paul-André has extensive experience in the financial services industry. He has been a guest speaker at many conferences on retail, insurance, retail banking and information technology. He has also directed work and reported at Board level more recently for clients in retailing, consumer goods - both mass and luxury, turbines, chemicals, non-ferrous metals, publishing, packaging, pharmaceuticals, electronics, telecommunications and software.
