Thibault Martinsegur is a Partner at Corporate Value Associates in Paris. He holds a master’s degree in management from ESSEC Business School, with a specialization in Corporate Finance & Strategy.

He started his consulting career with CVA in 2012 where he has mostly worked with large industrials and private equity funds on various topics such as strategy definition, portfolio review, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and sales strategy, partnership implementation, pricing, route-to-market strategies, product portfolio development, cost optimization and public affairs. In the field of mergers and acquisitions, he has supported investors throughout the investment cycle including screening of targets, buyer due diligence in pre-acquisition stages, synergies assessment, deal facilitation and post-merger integration planning.

He has advised companies in a wide range of sectors: Mining, Fertilizer, Agriculture, Aeronautics, Energy, Distribution, Automotive and Aluminum.

Prior to CVA, Thibault worked at PwC and ENGIE Corporate Strategy Department.
