He has 25 years of strategy consulting experience internationally (North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific) specializing in growth strategy, innovation and transformation including business model re-design and TSR performance improvement from few millions to several billions EUR cost savings / growth expansion investments. His work ranges across Energy & Chemicals, Construction & Materials, Industrial Goods and Services sectors.
Yann has strong expertise in venture capital in digital / deeptech (UAS, AMR, AR/VR, AI) and sustainability / greentech, combined with former assignments as Project advisor for the World Economic Forum on bio-ecosphere (bio-refinery, technology, bio-based material).
