He has been a Director and partner at Bain & Company, Head of Financial Services Europe & Germany as well as a Senior Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group. Ingo is an expert of the Financial Services Industry (Banking & Insurance). Furthermore, he possesses extensive expertise in digital transformations and platform ecosystems, with substantial experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with payers. He was a pioneer in customer satisfaction metrics (NPS) thus embodying CVA's DNA of customer-centricity. Ingo will lead CVA development in financial services in the DACH region. Ingo graduated from the University of Cologne, Study of law, Study of business economics, conferral of a doctorate (law) and Admission as a lawyer.
